Gabe is a fitness professional with over a decade of full-time industry experience. A South Jersey native, he graduated from Rowan University before eventually earning an MS in Human Movement Science from A.T. Still University. Gabe is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and has worked with everyone from semi-pro athletes to cardiac rehab and every level in between.
